The main, and perhaps only, advantages are the apartment's location and proximity to a supermarket. Furthermore, the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The main disadvantage of the apartments is noise. There's a train station next to the building, and some apartments overlook it. Therefore, be prepared for the noise of passing trains. There's also a church nearby, where a bell rings every hour, corresponding to the number of hours. The building also houses a restaurant, whose ventilation system runs very loudly until around 10:30 PM. The walls are very thin, and noise from neighboring rooms is clearly audible.
The apartment doesn't have air conditioning, so be prepared for stuffy nights in the summer.
Breakfast is very basic: a croissant, coffee, yogurt, and a small selection of cheese and salami.
All of this makes the apartment poorly valued for money.
