Everything was good the restaurants need to be expanded to accommodate more seating availability.
Bed was uncomfortable and insects in the room.

The food and attention were very good. The hotel was very spacious and the beach is a great one
Kids club was super small, rules kept changing, based on who was there, sole said you could drop kids, some said you couldn't. Twice it was closed while they were supposed to be making activities. My kids didn't like it.
Lots of people at the pools with different speakers made it noisy and the restroom was very far from the pool. I didn't see people getting out of the pool to use the restroom, they were there drinking all day.
Finally the room was outdated and had a bathtub in the middle that we saw no use for as a family.
I think the hotel is more aimed towards adults, not for families

Pool area was good , fortunately was not very crowded , because the chairs are very close to each other. Staffing in the pool area very nice
Regarding the rooms, I understand renovations are coming, which is fortunate since they truly need it—they feel old, outdated, and run-down. I had to kill a massive cockroach, a pillowcase had stains, the bed was uncomfortable, and the old TV had bad picture quality. Honestly, as it is right now, it’s just not worth the money.
