Breakfast at the buffet was exceptional better than the Breakfast offered to the Star Class at the restaurant.
I have a nice treatment from the hotel supervisors and Managers. Great companion!

I did not like the check in (they did not have my information ready due to a gap between Booking and the Hotel.
I think the quality of the buffet food requires to improve, I did not see go meat or types of fishes (besides tilapia).
Personal are Stick to the process with no room for flexibility as Supervisors and Managers.

I liked the customer service of staff in the buffet , the pool entertainment too
Unfortunately we had a horrible poor experience at checking in , everyone in check-in was rude & careless of our concerns and needs and requests , I rate it a Zero 0 .. they made check-in 34yr anniversary horrendous:( we wasted an entire day in lobby waiting to be checked in for our room despite I requesting priorly upon booking & calling directly to hotel prior to arrival to confirm early check in However, it was not honored at check in time
:( first day wasted ! But yet charged for it :(
