this was our second stay at Ayers as we visit annually for the rally of heartland, house is great and comfortable, just

great location

needs a bit of TLC, mattresses are pretty old and can feel the springs, needs a new bbq, and an outdoor setting in porch would be great was missing sharp knives and only one wine glass, also on booking it said breakfast provisions but there wasn’t anything

Exceptional

The cottage itself. Comfy beds. Lovely shower. Good well equipped kitchen. Quiet. In spite of above points we loved it.

Trying to work t.v. and video out. Oven too. No instructions. Lights a bit dim. Step between lounge and dining room a trip hazard.
