Continental breakfast spread was excellent- a loaf of freshly baked sourdough greeted us with all the condiments spreads cereals etc you could wish for.
Beautifully comfortable beds and bedding as well . Plus the owner is close by and friendly and helpful.
Maybe if we’d stayed more than one night one could find a fault somewhere, but for us, no gripes whatsoever

The breakfast was a bit sparse--plenty of cereals and bread, a good assortment of jams but no eggs or bacon. The house itself is charming and idiosyncratic. A good stay.

The outside if the cottage was lovely and so was the garden.
The breakfast should be described as ‘continental’. The bread provided was frozen and unpleasant , there were no eggs, but there was abundant jam!
