The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a very helpful and friendly manager/owner. The bed and bedding were the most comfortable I have ever experienced in a hotel! There was a good supply of teabags, coffee and milk. It was quiet and a great location to walk down to the seafront and Boscombe pier
I had a little difficulty finding the hotel but I travelled by train and then bus.

It was OK. Location was great. Both beach and town was within walking distance but hospitality needs a lot of improvement.
The double bed was too small for two adults.
Staff were not very welcoming.
It says parking available at the top of the advert but it's not reserved for guests. The tiny space that is available is for anybody on first come first served basis. We wanted breakfast but was told we should have booked the night before but this wasn't communicated clearly.
It was very hot wwather, there was a small table fan which wasn't enough to cool down the room, they could provide a tower fan at least.
