Bathroom was spotlessly clean. 5 Star rating for cleanliness. The white cotton sheets and pillowcases were crisp and smelled lovely. This is a bargain priced hotel in a great location. Fantastic value. Breakfast has everything you could want. Given a larger room on arrival as it was available.
No complaints. A little noisy if you are a light sleeper. Entrance stairs could do with a clean as they are the first thing you see on arrival.

Location was great, 5 min walk from Bournemouth town centre.
Value for money!
The body washes and soaps were lovely
The shower was lush! Nice and hot with good pressure
Key card was temperamental and sometimes took a few attempts to work and stopped working before 1030 check out time so couldnt access our room after breakfast.
Breakfast didnt accommodate for GF/LF and was very basic continental but this was ok seeing as we weren't expecting breakfast to be included.
Bedding was stained - this doesn't bother us as only used a place to get our head down, but some customers may not be happy with it
people in the Foyer late at night asking if any rooms available - clearly didnt have a room booked. Found this a bit intimidating
