Value for money

Breakfast was lovely. Staff and location of hotel were excellent. Unfortunately I was taken ill during my stay but the manager and staff went above and beyond. They kept my suitcase until I was able to collect it as I was in hospital and my friends had to go home.

Awful

The only thing the place had going for it was the location

We booked a double room and they put us in a family room, there was no chairs to sit on, the room wasn't clean, we had no hot water for 2 days, towels and bedding wasn't changed, the staff wasn't available all the time, the place was more like an hostel than a hotel and was unclean and shabby looking, wouldn't recommend it at all, we vacated 2 days early

NEVER AGAIN !!!!!

Nothing about the place !!!!

The hospitality was rubbish! the rooms were small very noisy with hen and stag parties The rooms were not cleaned once so no clean towels every day The breakfast don't even get me going absolutely disgusting for the value ...and then charges for the carpark to park your car while u you have already paid for the rubbish accommodation. Oh and to cop it ALL BO WIFI which worked ! Use your mobile data o was told ! Never never again and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!

Room clean and tidy, lovely staff. Breakfast included, very nice. Easy access and good location, close to town and beach.

Good for a couple of nights

Room was nice staff friendly and helpful good location

Breakfast first morning it we were in and out within 15mins food was warm and wouldn't say hearty amount didn't even get chance to eat my cereal before full English came out plus coffee was naff. Second day reasonable but not fantastic

The shower in the room could be a little hit, and miss you could start with a good spray. Then, it would drop out, then eventually return

The cooked breakfast was very nice

£5 a day to park in the hotel car park, The electronic door system was very slow, The hot tub had to be booked 5 day's in advance and at a cost of £10.

Good location, shame about the little things that make your stay memorable

Being able to park on site

Being gluten free I contacted the property a few weeks in advance to inform them , when we arrived I further informed them, when we went to breakfast I was informed they had no gluten free bread, which was really disappointing, they catered for vegetarians and had soya milk etc but unfortunately forgot about the gluten-free customer . The bedroom was ok, it was clean but the bed / mattress needs sorting as it was very lumpy and the bed frame needs attention . someone rang the assistant bell about 5 times in the night but no one come to help them.

I booked 3 nights but left second day to stay elsewhere

1 sausage 1 hash brown half a tomato toast butter coffee,

The room was dirty stains on bed , pillows looked like there hadn't been changed in year's carpet on stairs horrific. Whole place needs a revamp cleaned at least , o and the shower 🤮

My stay was comfortable, the breakfast was good and included in the room booking which was good

The property is in the centre of Bournemouth and the staff were friendly

The room we stayed in had some paint missing from the wall and ceiling in the bathroom

No Booking!

I arrived at this property to be told I had no reservation despite having email and app confirmations. The person who spoke to me was rude, abrupt and unhelpful, then acknowledged this had happened multiple times in recent weeks. Very disappointing that it keeps happening to people and Booking/the Hotel haven't managed to resolve whatever the issue is between them.

Freshly cooked full English breakfast. Excellent Location Good value for money Lovely to see that the Hotel is being restored, a beautiful old building.with original features.

I cannot think of any negative factors
