Breakfast was awesome. Our host was a young lady who was very polite & professional. The family room was immaculate on arrival. We requested a window key so we could look the windows for peace of mind as had young children. This was immediately arranged within minutes very professional and friendly. Would certainly return again without question highly recommend.

My single room lacked nothing. Everything worked and and a clean appearance. Handy bar fridge in the room. Soap dish in the shower so practical. Somewhere to hang your clothes too. Even a hair dryer. Lots of small touches.

All Staff including Tamari who mostly catered to us was very friendly, helpful especially with serving breakfast and room service.
Stayed in room 9. Carpet definitely needs replacing as it looked old, warn out and sticky, the room could do with more cleaning. It needs a long mirror on the wall, tv remote control battery needs changing.
