We enjoyed our stay, just a shame we didn’t get to see the owner and the issues of replacing tea, coffee, etc as only en

The bed was comfy and we like where it’s situated

We stayed 2 nights and cups, tea, milk , coffee and sugar was not replaced so we had to get our own . Also no bottled water was supplied in room like it used to be, rather disappointing as I have morning and evening medication to take

Beautiful hotel perfect location

It was close to everything . The breakfast ok offer was superb, lovely choice of bread for toast, spreads and jams , cereals, yogurts loads!!

The only one tiny thing was in the superior room the bed my side was really queeky! Each time I moved I squeeked!

Host was helpful. Helped with parking. Left chocolates and a card for mine and my husbands wedding anniversary. B&B was close to all amenities. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to family and friends 😊

Good option if you arrive late at night because of the self check in option.

It was convenient for us arriving late at night to have self check in options. It is a regular guest house that has everything you need but quite basic.

The room was really small, even the bed was on the small side. The breakfast provided was only cold and self service, although thought through (different options of jam and fresh fruit, yogurt, toast and veg milk). We never saw a staff member.

Booking.com states parking as one thing people really liked. There is no parking at the property but I was given post codes and prices of parking nearby.

Comfortable & convenient at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was basic, but perfectly adequate. Room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed & modern en-suite. Excellent location, with parking very close by. Mo was extremely friendly & welcoming, with excellent communication. Will definitely stay again.

Room was a little tired, could do with a lick of paint to freshen it up.

Good location close to the town, host very pleasant but not on site.

Room tired and needs updating, light fittings hanging down, bathroom mirror light not working, socks under bed and wall sockets a bit temperamental. Room quite small

Trouble free and pleasant.

I liked just being able to help myself. There was a good choice.

I thought a private bathroom meant en suite but that was my mistake.Some noise from outside but that wasn't the owners fault.

A potentially good place to stay but letting itself down on the basics

Fantastic location Breakfast (cold) ok

The room (particularly under the bed and radiator grills) were filthy The bathroom had several areas on the ceiling with mold spores growing The bathroom towel rail didn't work The room wasn't warm enough, but when we phoned the owner he did pop round and put the central heating on The carpets in several common areas were either threadbare or dirty

A very comfortable stay that fully met our needs.

Good contact from the host informing us how to get our keys and where to park nearby. Breakfast was self-serve with fresh bread, milk, cereals and fruit juices available. Also some pastries, fresh fruit and yohurts. A good range of options and well presented. The beds were very comfy and overall the rooms were clean with good en-suite facillities. Excellent location near to bars, restuarants and the beach.

The stay was good and allowed us to catch up with our son who is at university there. Would use this place again.

The property was in an excellent location. The facilities were clean and you had free WiFi.

The fact that the neighbours were noisy and that was beyond the control of the staff but it was annoying on the ground floor. There is no parking and had to pay £9.95 a day for parking.

Good place to get to the sea front for the air show .

Like location .Staff would accomodate requests.

Breakfast a bit lacking no hot food. Just toast orange juice ceral. No insuite bathroom had to walk down a step to get to it.But i did have all it to my to myself it was private.But i was the only single room in the house.

Location excellent, but rooms are really tiny and breakfast is packaged food

The location is excellent, bathrooms are new.

Self-serve breakfast with some packaged food is not adequate for this price. I wouldn’t mind self serving breakfast, but at least some fresh food and real coffee (not only Nescafé) should be available.

Location was great. Pressure of the shower was good. Room where you can obtain breakfast products and drinks was open all the time.

Room size was way to snug for two. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear people talking in the breakfast room next door and using the stairs. A good number of areas throughout the hotel is in need of redecoration. The room should benefit from newer towels and kettle. The mattress was extremely soft and not comfortable to sit on and felt like it was at the end of it's life. The pillow cases had stains and the duvet was in need of a GOOD hot wash. Unsure how many days the cakes were there in the bread bin, so didn't get the impression they were fresh. Was overall really disappointed...

Bed was awesome and the breakfast room was clean and lovely decor.

Bath towels were very small would not go round me and I'm very small, the room size was tiny compared to the pictures. Breakfast was pre packaged not fresh,

The shower didn't work particularly well and the bathroom was prone to flooding from the shower.
