Such a comfortable, clean hotel, loved the quirky boutique / art deco feel; the big bed and big walk-in shower.
Staff remembered us, and we're warm and friendly. Nothing too much trouble and allowed us to check in early after a long trip. We'll be back!
Outside of the hotel's control, but it was a humid night so we had the windows open and there was a bit street noise at closing time (and it was a Saturday night, to be fair), but it didn't spoil the night overall.

Close proximity to seafront etc.
We were put in a room that was in reception. There was an inch gap at the bottom of the door which meant you could hear every single word being said and it was very cold due to the gap.
