I had a fantastic time during my stay, Niha was fantastic and very welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding and the bar was a great place to have a late drink and watch the football. I will 100% be staying again when I'm down in Bournemouth.

Location was great and the pool was lovely
Great to have parking for 24hrs too!
Beds were v comfortable
Staff were very kind and friendly
The walls of this building are paper thin so I could hear the conversation in the room nextdoor. And the TV on the other side of my room never went off. Don’t even want to mention some of the noises I heard in the early hours.
Bring earplugs or risk a sleepless night depending on your situation.

Great location and beautiful decor. The room we stayed in wasn’t as luxurious looking as the photos on their website but we didn’t pay a huge amount. Restaurant was good but fairly slow service, however they did have a function on in another part of the hotel
Sadly didn’t get chance to use the heated pool as we arrived late due to bad weather

The beds in the superior was to die for, very very comfortable. Liked the blackout curtains
For a superior room I expected a little more, maybe even a small fridge in the room at best, room was okay, the spa bit is very very small and quite basic but the jacuzzi worked well
