Enjoyable

The staff we met were all very good. The facilities in the hotel we really enjoyed - swimming pool, location to the beach, tennis court, excellent restuarant and bar.

As we were a family, it was disappointing and inconvenient at times that we could not be accommodated near each other despite requesting it. One of our rooms was very small for the price - I feel like a discount to the advertised price should have been offered because of it. It was drastically different in size to the other room we were given.

Breakfast ruined my experience, as is something that sets you up for your stay

Room was lovely and clean very comfy

Breakfast was awful for 17.50 I would expect the breakfast to be cooked fresh not buffet, the bacon was all stuck together in able to separate looks like it had been cooked the day before, the sausages were small and tasteless, and the fact that I served myself and I was charged a service charge, had my breakfast out the next morning which cost 12.50 and was cooked fresh not charged service charge x I left my own tip

The bed was comfortable and the room was large.

Not value for money. Feel the parking should be included in the price and so should breakfast. There are other hotels of the same star rating that include breakfast.

The cottage room we stayed in and the main hotel looked very ‘Tired’ not at all like the website photos

First stay at The Bournemouth Marriott

The location and the interior and size of the room.

Firstly not happy how far my room was from Reception!! Disappointed with the view from my windows..looked out onto rooves and buildings.. Breakfast was almost cold when it arrived by Room Service. Poor flow from the shower and it was so difficult to get a decent hot temperature for the water. It kept going hot then cold!! So annoying.

Fantastic room with a beautiful view of the sea and pier.

The room was beautiful, we got upgraded to a sea view room and the view was wonderful in the morning with the sunshine. The facilities were lovely - the bed was huge! The shower was good and the overall decor was right up our street. The staff were fantastic and helpful.

Very nice lication especially if you oubare lucky enough to be given a room with a sea view.

The beds are extremely comfotable and the rooms are re very clean and spacious.

I did not like the parking, hardly any ad paces, hadcyo park a little further, and the roads are narrow to manoeuvre the car and parking is extremely expensive. Ty he breakfastscare nice but expensive too.

Total mix mash regarding 2 rooms. Staff were too many and no direction

Stay away from noisy boiler/aircon rooms

Great location Very clean Good breakfast

Attic room was horrendously noisy, no sleep, had to move half way through night, female travellers so it was highly unsatisfactory. Still charged full rate.

Buen hotel para alojarte en Bournemouth

Habitación amplia y cómoda, con muchos detalles como secador de pelo, amenities, tabla de planchar, hervidor… Restaurante muy correcto.

No repusieron el gel de baño ni el primer ni el segundo día. Suerte que nosotros llevábamos porque solo había champú y algo de acondicionador. El segundo día nos dejaron toallas para 2 y éramos 4.

Very good hotel, good food and very pleasant hotel and restaurant staff.

Good size room, large comfortable bed, Very good room for disabled person. The food in Brasserie Blanc was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about the hotel. We look forward to staying again.

I have very good time to rest in this hotel

Bathroom was very clean , shower amazing also the brand for wash body was good quality. Bed very comfortable. I like the restaurant in hotel was very professional staff . Food was delicious. I really recommend

Great location, but cottage room was cold

The hotel, location, and staff are great. View from the room is amazing.

My room was in a cottage that was barely heated and the temperature was like being outside. Luckily after a couple of calls and trying to get the heating fixed, already at night, the staff found another room which was much better and warmer. I think cold rooms are not the level you’re expecting from Marriott.

Refreshing for a hotel

It was the best nights sleep I have had in weeks! Thank you! A recently refurbished room which was very tasteful. Extremely comfortable beds and extra special to hear the waves.

A massive waste of hard earned Summer holiday money

The hotel is on the cliffs which offers a great view if you’re lucky enough to be facing the sea.

The hotel was completely rundown. It is outrageously overpriced for what it is. The pool is falling to pieces. The carpets are disgusting and you have to walk through the car park to get to the lawn and swimming pool which is ridiculous with a family when you’re all in your robes. The pool is the worst part - tiles falling off, water smelly, mould around the edges. Truly the biggest waste of money.

My break away was very good. I was disappointed to spend over 13 quid at the pool on an Aperol Spritz and soft drink and not have the vorrect glass. Presentation is key in a drink. The soda was flat and it was presented in a wine glass until I asked that it be changed. In the end I accepted the gin glass. It was flat n not very nice. Not enjoyable and left half the drink. I did complain to the front desk. I would have expected my money back but there was nothing. So I am disappointed 😞

Make sure glasses are stocked and don't use flat soft drink leftovers

Good

The location was excellent, overlooking the sea and not far from the zig zag path to the beach. Staff very helpful and food was good at the restaurant with outside tables.

The deluxe room was very small, not enough storage, but the newly renovated bathroom was clean and modern.
