Everything!! Staff helpful, friendly, efficient. Owner who made himself known - is charming, very understanding, helpful and most interesting to talk with.
Nothing.

Good parking. Pleasant and peaceful neighbourhood. Good for accessing central Bournemouth and for our ferry connection at Poole. The the 'Manor' was well decorated but definitely styled to appeal to an older age range. Our room was comfortable as was the bed. the shower was good. The 'continental' style breakfast was as expected.

Location is very good !
No fans at all which is very uncomfortable with this summer being so hot.
