The old fashioned feel of how things used to be which is better than the robotic feel of being a number at more modern places...in other words Caroline & Adrian care which in the modern world is rare & getting rareer....highly recommend

Liked the fruit and yoghurt option for for breakfast, with toast and tea and fresh coffee. Caroline was very welcoming and constantly met our needs. The guest house was within walking distance of Poole Quay.

The property was fairly well located to visit my family who live in Poole. It is located on a busy road but there is available parking for guests.
Caroline was very helpful regarding the mix up with my payment, due to an over zealous Curve organisation which I rectified.
We had to leave the accommodation early due to another family commitment early on Sunday morning.
My partner found the traffic noise irritating especially after hours.

Great location, clean, was able to check in earlier than expected, great selection of continental breakfast, friendly, great directions
Shower don't work properly & the traffic noise was horrendous non stop, day and night (we had complementary ear plugs waiting to greet us). Parking was VERY tight (if you're bigger than a size 12 forget it). Thought it was a little off being asked to pay full amount before even being shown to our room when we had already paid for half our stay.
