Another lovely stay at the Holiday Inn. A fantastic hotel for families in a great location.

Great location, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfasts.

Other guests were noisy late at night returning to their rooms. I appreciate that’s not really the hotel’s fault though!

Super nice staff and a fantastic breakfast

Fantastic staff and outstsanding breakfast. Very clean and the best value for money.

One lift was not working and they need new cutlery as it was very dull. Still a great little hotel

Size of room and ease of parking.

Cost of parking , far too expensive , couldn't find how to put heating on in room , should be a brochure .

Reception Staff - Very Polite and friendly Restaurant Staff - Very Polit and Friendly and very helpful Breakfast - Excellent choice and best Fried option I have seen in a long while Room - Very quiet Top floor, bed could be a little bigger but very comfortable

4'6" Bed, we used to Super Kingsize, but understand why you have them, didnt spoil our stay though!

It didn’t worth the money I paid for…

The staff were nice and respectful.

The room was not cleaned, I could see the hairs left on pillows and blankets, the restaurant was disappointing, very limited menu, not all of them available , the quality of food was very low, even they had no bottles of water in room, when I asked for water, they said you should come to reception desk…surprisingly how they are 4-stars hotels, charging me for a perfect hotel, but giving me too week services.

Very good

The location is good, not too far, and not too close. Friendly staff and accommodating . We were given an executive room and some complimentary snacks.

I was happy that we were given an executive room, but the downside was that it's an easy access room, which I didn't request. I was not informed and too late to move to a different room. Everything in the toilet is low, and we're not comfortable apart from that everything is OK.

Doing the Air Festival in style at the Holiday Inn

The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs, with the sea front, beach, pier and town centre all within easy reach. The hotel was also spotless and maintained at a very high standard of cleanliness. The room itself was a good size and whilst not ultra modern, it was very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and provided great service, being polite and professional at all times. The restaurant was also good, with very tasty food options.

The bathroom lacked ventilation, so got very steamed up and needed the door to be propped open. Additionally, only one towel rail for a twin room so difficult to suitably dry towels after use. Was a little pricy, but was to be expected during Air Festival weekend.

Location of the hotel was not too far from the hotel, nice 10 mins walk.

The staff were not friendly, Full English Breakfast was not buffet style and the AC was dripping water all night.

location breakfast bar and restaurant area staff were extremely friendly and helpful best thing about the palce

For an executive room costing 160 per night the room is really small for two adults and a baby no walking space felt claustrophobic we stayed 3 nights we really didn’t enjoy the stay. the ac in the room was shocking needed cleaning badly it gave out smelly cold air. the shower glass panel really small every shower we had bathroom floor got flooded
