The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and I had a great stay overall. Great hotel, I’d definitely recommend it!

Room was lovely as was Bathroom. We left our car in the Hotel car park and enjoyed walking to bus stop and exploring Bournmouth, Sandbanks ,Poole, Swanage,Corf castle and Christchurch by open top bus using our National bus pass. A great way to explore the area and help the environment.Buses are regular and can be caught 5 mins walk from the Hotel.The beaches were amazing for walking along and Harry Ramsdens fish and chips by the pier was a treat!!
Nothing really. If ordering a full english breakfast I would ask for 2 sausages and 2 pieces of bacon otherwise it seems a little small.Black or white pudding would also be nice.Omlette was not on the menu but it was made for me when I asked.Thank you! Will definitely return!!!

Immaculately clean & very stylish accommodation. Have Stayed a few times & never disappointed.
welcoming & very friendly staff.
Great breakfast.
Free parking is always an added bonus.
I found the pillows a little hard. It’s just my preference to have feather pillows.

good parking. staff were polite ( but no one on site after 10 pm).
I thought it would be more like a hotel for the price paid. to be able to have a drink in the bar after 10pm or to sit in the lounge. instead had to remain in room as this was only option. little details like the toiletries were poor quality, not as alluded to in photos when booking, chocs on pillow were a nice touch but not replaced for second night. Fire alarm early on first morning ruined any chance of a lay in, obviously no fire. room was dated, i would say decorated about 10 years ago. cracked floor tile on bathroom and some mould on the ceiling. wardrobe had internal peeling paint and the safe didnt work.
