The hotel is very conveniently located and the staff are friendly. The room was spacious and good selection at breakfast.
The cleanliness could have been a bit better and it would have been great if the kids swimming hours would have been enforced by the staff. Each day we went to the pool kids were allowed to remain in the pool after the hours published, which is why we went during these specific hours.
I was also enrolled to their loyalty program, without my consent, which took quite a few emails to get resolved, but thankfully the team has now deleted my account.

Convenient location, but overall the experience fell far below the usual Hilton standard we are used to.
As a long-time Hilton guest, this stay was very disappointing, especially considering the rate was higher than three nights in London.
Issues encountered during our 2-night stay:
Check-out Request: After checking in late, reception refused a standard late check-out unless we paid an hourly fee, which has never been my experience at other Hilton properties.
Breakfast Service: Highly disorganised and understaffed. Tables were left dirty, so we chose to eat elsewhere on our second morning.
Housekeeping: Minimal effort only the bins were emptied. The bed wasn't properly made, and no fresh towels were provided.
Pool & Jacuzzi: The chlorine levels were uncomfortably strong, causing itchy eyes. Used towels were left cluttering the loungers, and staff didn't seem to monitor the pool area or water temperature.
