Relaxing, full of activities, spacious.

I am extremely happy with my stay. The breakfast was the best I have seen. Many more options available at breakfast then I have seen In any other brand of hotel well worth the money!. Bed was so spacious

I think guest who are on floor seven should be warned about the music levels coming from the rooftop bar had I known I would have requested a lower floor. But due to the things like the spa and pool I was not in my room much to bother me majorly. My partner was also asked in a rather judging manor what floor was he staying when he went outside in the night for some fresh air. Had he been in a suit and tie we question would he have been asked in the manor he was. The rest of the staff how ever where wonderful!

We were given a room facing a wall 6' away from the window . DEPRESSING LOOKING OUT! Unable to re locate . Unable to cancell for a refund. Most Annoying evening.

Relaxing in Bournemouth.

Lovely hotel situated next to cinema and beach. Staff is amazing and very atentive to details. Nice breakfast ! We will return.

They knew I had a small, very well behave clean dog. I was not allowed in the restaurant.

It is as expected of that standard hotel. Location is convenient but very noise from outside. Unable to sleep on Friday and Saturday nights due to the noise from outside

Lovely room dreadful room service food!

Room lovely and clean breakfast I didn’t eat but room service I did and the pizza was expensive and horrendous! Sent 2 back at £14 ea and they were replaced with similar poor quality ie; no fresh ingredients and no fresh oregano though the margueritas were advertised as freshly made.. it was a basic pizza base with tomato purée and a bit of Cheddar! No mozzarella and no herbs! Disgusting and I was charged for twice for both ! and the replacement .. I won’t be staying again! The bar was incredibly expensive and no atmosphere either

Air conditioning very poor Queue to check in Trying to capture the attention of someone to ask about booking the restaurant was difficult- avoiding eye contact When you're in a queue to check in and there are other staff visible it would be good if they jumped in to help or were trained to explain why they cant

Was awful, completely ruined by the whole welcoming, or should I say not welcoming of the staff when we first arrived th

Nothing room was poor, quality, dusty, dirty, black all in the shower on the floor shower didn’t even hold up right with sagging down so he had to hold the shower. Staff was very rude when we first came in and looked down on us would never stay there again we weren’t told that we had to also pay £100 That we get back at the end of the holiday, but then was told seven working days after this is a real treat for myself and my partner and that hundred pounds as part of our spending money so we ended up having to go on our holiday

Dog friendly however due to being short staffed this morning at breakfast , long que so we didn`t have any yet paid. people eating breakfast in the lobby

they charged me on Good friday full £541 yet i said i had paid through booking.com, awaiting refund as on arrival they had no confirmation off booking.com

fabulous hotel and housekeeping staff. Value for money

exceptionally clean, rooms lovely, hotel lovely. facilities great, location perfect,

Unwelcome reception. Female Receptionist long black hair was rude , no eye contact, unhelpful and looked unhappy and bored in her job to a point of making us feel like we were somethiing she had found on the bottom of her shoe.

Big hotel where staff is feeling like at home!

No atenttion about what I asked when I booked the room ?!!!in! Room wasnt clean, dated and noisy while cleaners cleaning??? Couldnt work during they were slaming the doors??? My colegues were’re asking whats going on??? I told HS2 building railway! Why should I lie? In swiming pool youngters spiting to the water??? Very very disquisting!!!! A lot of drunk amd very unpleasant people! Didnt feel safe!Staff on spa quite unpleasant amd there’s feelinh they at home not at work??? Was feeling quilty I am there???

Overall, good. Would stay again.

Location was good, just a few minutes walk to the beach and other amenities. Overall the room was good, decor of the hotel in general was very nice.

There was no shower gel left in the bottle provided. No air con? Or if there was, it was self explanatory - very warm in the night.

Bournemouth Hilton review

Room spacious and comfortable. Terrace bar great fun and staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast in room was great!

Fridge in room running very hot due to being in a cupboard. Shower head kept falling off it's fitting + drain cover kept coming off. Aircon didn't seem to work (room a bit warm). Sat night at terrace bar was great fun, but when my partner needed to go to our room and tried to return, one over-zealous security guy would not let her into the lift claiming the bar was at capacity! She finally persuaded him, with the help of another guard!

So much money for not so much for a king size suite.

Good size room, view was okay, comfortable beds nice bathroom

Dirty champagne glasses, not enough sugar, dirty carpet, found rubbish under the bed, no shampoo, plastic rose petals, bathroom robes too small, got charged for room service and the breakfast was cold and not everything came what I ordered.

How clean it was super comfy location was spot on and staff was lovely swimming pool big plus spa

Could av had more teabags in room only 2 and coffee 2 hot chocolate 1 maybe bigger mugs better choice on TV and just to be fussy may e put little chocolate on pillow on arrival and tell the person staying that you need your card in lift to go up got stuck on 1st day but honestly lovey place would come back stayed at Royal exiter last yer if I'm honest I liked the room more there but hillton is cleaner sound poof and has a pool (big plus)

Outstanding stay in Hilton Bournemoputh

Excellent location and lovely, clean and contemporary hotel with wonderful facilities. Good parking. Loved the room with the balcony and enjoyed tea and coffee making facilities. Lovely fluffy towels.

Toiletries were fiddly and small. No electric charging facilities. Some of the light bulbs were not working

The property was clean, nice location and staff were friendly.

There’s no halal option in the restaurant and the vegan/vegetarian options were limited or unavailable. Also they told £100 deposit that we used on our stay but the remaining amount was around £14 but never refunded.

Big rooms specious and modern decor. Restaurants on site was a bonus

Pool was small and dark , need updating. and only 3 beds at the side when busy there’s nowhere to put your towel and relax. Disappointing as I booked it with the intention of relaxing by the pool.

The staff were helpful

No heat in room, toilet broken, shower drain blocked, had to change rooms. Spa female changing rooms dirty, spa floor wet and slippery, sauna door broken sauna cold. O my three loungers. Dining at restaurant signature dishes ran out by 7pm could not order a starter just main. Staff sympathetic and helpful.

I had a lovely mini break with my daughter to celebrate ger 11th Birthday.

The stay was very comfortable. staff were amazing, we felt at home and slept well. The breakfast was exceptional and the location fantastic. This is our third visit to this hotel and will not be our last.

Very nice stay with efficient staff. I would recommend this hotel.

Very modern hotel which was clean, well furnished with a well appointed room. Excellent location for our needs.

The only negative was that breakfast was cold when we had room service , but we were given a reduction on our bill when we checked out.

Stayed here before had a lovely time that’s why we rebooked, but very disappointing second stay.

Lovely spacious clean room

Booked for evening meal with friends, was rushed and told could we hurry an order as they had a large party coming in…, also at least five main menus were unavailable , waited too long for drinks to arrive. Paid upfront on arrival for rooms only to be charged twice and very rude member of staff to say I’ve explained it once as my husband arrived to see what the problem was then told you have to wait up to seven days for it to be rectified

Premier Inn standard in all fairness. Location was good though.

Breakfast was OK, standard premier Inn style. Staff throughout, AMAZING Room was cosy enough and had the bare basics.

Dinner at the restaurant, awful. The staff are amazing, no doubt about that. There was a lack of vegetarian meals. Chicken wasn't cooked, and was disappointed that it was plain chicken with bbq sauce on it. Panna cotta texture was a cross between cheese cake and cake. It had more of a fragrant taste to it instead if the hinted notes of salted caramel and biscotti. In out room there was some contact lenses and hair on the floor, there was mould in the shower ( disappointing for a hitlon to be honest) also there was food staines on the wall in the main bed room which was a little gross. Parking, £15 a day was a bit dramatic for the price you pay for the stay
