We loved our stay at the Collingwood, it is a lovely hotel with a welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spacious and stylish, we enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi and a lovely meal in the gold room restaurant. The location is ideal for all the attractions, definitely a good choice!

Room is large and has good Wifi, besides sufficient space to store things, which i particularlylike. Good shower: I am getting used to the system, so I do not get wet all over any longer. I prefer buffet breakfast, but this was a nice alternative with a wide variety of vegetarian options.
Starting beakfast at 8:00am was a bit inconvenient for a work schedule. Starting at 7:30am would be better.

Friendly service and attentive staff. Lovely hotel and spotlessly clean throughout.. Staff were so helpful without being intrusive. Quality beds and furnishings. Lovely breakfast. A great location close to pier and town centre. All in all an excellent hotel.

It was a bonus it had a swimming pool
It felt a little run down , no lockers etc in the changing rooms and the carpet felt dirty etc it would be nice as a paying guest that we wasn’t charged £12.50 to park there .
