The staff were exceptional, very helpful and considerate. The "Cosy" room I had booked was indeed on the "Cosy" side, my partner made a comment and we were immediately given an upgrade, now extra charge - thanks. Our evening meal was an equally pleasant experience with our food freshly cooked in the open plan kitchen and went down very nicely. Breakfast was excellent too. All in all a very pleasant stay thank you to whole team

What a beautiful building. The friendliest staff and an amazing room. Also the best breakfast menu ever. Could not recommend The Pavilion Arms any more
