It was a great stay and I can't fault the staff as we were well taken care of, The room was spacious, clean and amazing value for a standard room that we honestly weren't expecting.
The hotel is in a fantastic spot near the sea and I think that most people will be very happy for that alone.
Would stay again
The only thing I think we were disappointed in was that there is no longer a hot tub in the facilities next door in the Carlton hotel, we were looking forward to it so I think that needs to be updated on the site to say they no longer have this.
I've seen some really bad reviews on here and I don't think they're justified for the most part, I can agree that the hotel needs a revamp on the outside but the inside is amazing.
I think alot of people here haven't stayed at a budget hotel in their life and it shows, there's a lot worse out there trust me.
All in all a great stay.

The location is definitely a plus, and the hotel service is a plus too.
No coffee maker, a smell of cigarette smoke coming from downstairs (even though I was on the first floor), and the bathroom was in below-average condition.
