Location was great for Poole Harbour for our inward journey. The bedroom and facilities were exceptional and the breakfast was fabulous. Will definitely book again here when crossing the channel.

The room I stopped in was excellent clean, fresh, and aired. It had everything you could possibly want, kettle, iron, iron board, hair dryer and very quiet.
Everything about it I could not fault anything I loved it. I did book into another hotel I won’t give their name but I refused to stop there as it was not right it felt too enclosed, dirty and noisy yet had excellent ratings. This property I moved to made our holiday such a pleasant and memorable stay

Cosy quiet room. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice.
Stairs to our room were quite steep so wouldn't suit all guests.

Friendly greeting on arrival and help given to carry case upstairs. Room very clean and well equipped and furnished.
Bed and pillows good quality - slept very well. The bedroom was more spacious than expected. The ensuite was very modern and pleasing to the eye.
The cups supplied were very small!
The sink taps were slightly awkward to use. The rain shower didn't function properly and the hand held shower attachment wasn't so easy to re position without it falling off the fitting.
We had some difficulty using the key to open the front door.
The lounge areas didn't look very inviting - but we didn't need them
We thought £15 pp for breakfast was too expensive.
It was difficult to spot the sign for the hotel from the main road.
