This guest house was exceptional and so well located. It was clean, comfortable and Debbie was so friendly and helpful. We will certainly return. It is 30 minutes walk from Bournemouth and 5 minutes walk to the beach. The room was spotless with a hairdryer and bath robes as well as a kettle and tea and coffee provided with biscuits.

I stayed at the Rosscourt Hotel with my daughter. The host Debbie, could not have been more helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. The tea and coffee making tray in the room was very good and really welcome after a long journey.
There was car parking on site that I didnt have to pay extra for.
There are restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

The location of the hotel was amazing. It was only a few minutes away from the sea and the town centre. Our room was tidy and clean, and the building itself was beautiful. We always had hot water, and there was also a fan to keep the room cool. Most of all, Debbie, the owner, was super helpful and kind. She gave us all the information we needed as tourists and made us feel very welcome. We really enjoyed our stay!
There was nothing to dislike.
