Super comfy bed. Spacious room. Clean room and bathroom.
Was a bit confused with self check in as has only booked it that afternoon but a fellow guest was on hand to assist and direct me to my emails.

Hotel had a comfortable oldie feel. Very cosy with plenty of soft furnishings and interesting artifacts.
Common rooms supplied with free tea and coffee facilities.
Breakfast was excellent with a good selection from the buffet and freshly cooked breakfast to order.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Super efficient and lovely breakfast host.
Some aspects of the décor was a little tired, but charming all the same.

The staff were very helpful a lady on reception who helped with code was lovely and the lady on breakfast was adorable and so pleasent
You had to go to the other sister hotel to find someone and the door code did not work

Having stayed here before we chose to book again. Previous time there were staff available to ask for assistance. There was also a staffed bar. Rooms comfortable and clean. Easy parking.
No staff available, no bar available. Remote control absent from our room so couldn’t watch tv and no staff around to help out.
