駅からちかい、コンビニや飲食店には困りません。基本的な清掃はされているので、連泊でも快適でした。
4階まで階段、大きなキャリーだと大変です。5泊の連泊でしたがタオルは2つしかなく、追加は料金が発生するようでした。
コロコロや掃除道具があれば有難かった。
ホコリが気になったので、（ホテルのようにキレイではない）キレイ好きさんは微妙かも知れません。

Me hospedé acá durante 4 semanas y la verdad fue fantástico, perfecto para una persona. El apartamento está bien equipado con platos, cubiertos, vasos, sartén, microondas y nevera; la cama es grande y cómoda; la ducha es más grande de lo que he tenido en otros alojamientos en Japón; hay lavadora y la ducha tiene función de secadora; hay supermercados y restaurantes cerca y también está cerca a una estación de metro.
No hay ascensor y las escaleras son estrechas por lo que es incómodo e incluso peligroso subir y bajar con maletas grandes. El calentador de agua está dentro de la habitación y la convierte en un sauna si no se deja el aire acondicionado encendido para contrarrestarlo. No hay donde guardar la ropa.

El servei.
Ens hem queixat diverses vegades/
- falta dw tovalloles….. van tardar dies a portar nos les tovalloles que faltaven
- ventilador que feia molt soroll …. Vaig tenir quw insistir perquè vinguessin a mirar ho.
- a la nostra habitació hi havia una veu Grabada que es posava wn marxa a les 7h15 del mati. Vaig demanar que hi arreglessin. No em van fer ni cas.
- l’aigua no era gaire calenta.
