I liked how the unit contained all the essentials. It was small, but it did not feel small inside.
There's nothing to dislike about the unit. The absence of a broom and a dustpan was my only insignificant complaint.

The location was perfect, easy access to go anywhere in Tokyo and close to the nearest station and a bus stop.
The room was spacious enough to make a ling stay comfortable. The shower was spacious and powerful. The kitchen has appliances and plenty of space so you can cook if you want to.
It might be better with a lift, but our roon was on the second floor so not too bad.

有楽町線「江戸川橋駅」に近く、近くにコンビニや飲食店が多いので、便利です。いわゆる民泊ですから、通常のホテルのようにチェックインやチェックアウト、エレベータ搭乗時に人様と顔を合わせることがないため、気疲れしないところが良いです。洗濯機も設置されているので、着替えを少な目に準備しても長期滞在が可能です。最近はホテルよりもこのような民泊に宿泊することが多くなりました。
入口扉の二重ロックのうち、上の鍵穴に鍵を差し込めなくなっていました。ピッキングの被害にでも遭ったのでは？と少し心配になりました。
