Beautiful view from the balcony and great to have the option to include parking. Travelling with a dog the various green spaces and the big park nearby are very convenient. Also very central for the university, market, Mole A, shopping streets. Spacious apartment on the 4th floor so very bright and with good views and a lift to take you there.
We didn’t manage to open the electric front gate on both doors very easily to be able to park the car so in that moment somebody in person would have been helpful but it all worked eventually so all good.

Sehr freundliche hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Unser Auto wurde in Turin aufgebrochen. Hatte uns sogar die Hilfe eines befreundeten Mechanikers angeboten. Late Check out deshalb ohne Probleme möglich. Super, vielen Dank. Super Lage und sehr große Wohnung. Ausstattung dürfte etwas besser sein. Offenbar haben vorangegangene Mieter schon manches mitgehen lassen. Spülmaschine gut.
Keine Klimaanlage (war auch nicht zugesagt), dafür aber Ventilatoren. In Eimern war noch Müll der vorherigen Gäste.

The location was great, rooms were large and it had a lift
We were disappointed with this apartment as the photos looked good and the rating was 8.7. However, we felt it has not been kept in a good condition or cleaned to a high standard. There was no hand soap in the bathroom (just two empty containers), no washing up liquid and no dishwasher tablets. There was an iron, but no ironing board and when one was brought, along with the hand wash we requested, it was a very small table top board. There were a load of empty bottles in the kitchen cupboard that hadn't been removed. There was no internet for most of our two night stay.
