Renata and Diana were exceptional and took excellent care of me during my stay. Everyone at the property was very nice and helpful. My apartment was bright, clean and spacious
The interior hallways were quite noisy and guests were slamming their doors shut which was quite disturbing late at night.

In a good location in Polanco and has air conditioning. The views from the rooftop are spectacular.
The apartments are very small and cramped. The windows are single pane and face a busy six lane road.

The security
The bathroom had mold in the shower. The room was booked for 6 people for 4 nights and we only had 6 towels and no face towels. The booking listed AC and it only had fans in the rooms.
