Gorgeous place in a quiet spot.
It is a 10m drive to Martina Franca, Locorotondo and about 15m to Alberobello. So the location is great if you have a car.
The pool was a great way to cool down in the afternoon.
The aircon was incredibly effective.
Daniele provided plenty of recommendations and was always responsive to any queries we had.
If you're an Aussie just be mindful the pool isn’t fenced (it is not a requirement in Italy). We were just a little weary about it because we have a 1 year old.

El lugar tiene mucho encanto. Es un sitio muy tranquilo donde relajarte después de hacer turismo durante el día. Siendo verano la pérgola (donde puedes cocinar) y la piscina son un valor añadido.
La cocina -comedor tiene dimensiones reducidas para 4 personas, aunque si vas en verano haces la vida en el exterior. Falta alguna cacerola y sartén más en la cocina.

Quiet location, beautiful property, comfortable house. Very helpful manager owner. The house is at least 100 square meters so ignore the listing data that says 45 square meters.
