We have enjoyed this property immensely. The beds are comfy, the place was clean, the kitchen is well stocked with the “ancillary items” needed to prepare a meal, once we figured out the televisions, they are very nice, and the master bathroom is well laid out.

Myles from Latitude 8 was easy to work with and made renting this beautiful mountain home a breeze. The house is very well appointed with lots of little conveniences, such as quality bed linens and phone chargers.

Had an absolute blast at latitude 8! The purchasing price was fair and very easy to communicate with the rep for our stay. I went for a snowboarding trip and it was awesome. Sunrise is about an hour away but won’t find a place nicer nearby. And when you get home there’s so many things to do pool/shuffle board/ ping pong you won’t get bored. There’s a cool restaurant nearby called the house that we ate at almost everyday and 5 minute drive. This place is a great stay!
