I have always stayed at Eden Crest properties for years! This is the first time I have been dissatisfied. Amazing Grace was Extremely Hot, full of waltz & water would not get hot in bathroom sinks. Maintenance came out but central air did not function properly. It was very uncomfortable. Please fix the problem.

We had several issues while we were there. None of them were major but when you add them up it was a rather disappointing experience. The kitchen faucet leaked when you turn it on and the shower head in the front bathroom was not installed properly so when you turned it on it sprayed all over the bathroom. When you opened the door to the microwave it felt like it was going to fall off in your hand. The weeds and underbrush was so grown up that the only real view you had was when you were going down the front steps. Like I said none of this is major but we did not enjoy our stay especially with as much as we paid!

We enjoyed our family outing. However; the pipes made noises at all hours of the day and night. The heat ran continuously on auto no matter what degree you had it set on so we were uncomfortable. The doors did not close properly on the inside. The garbage was not picked up for the entire week we were there and some kind of animal continued to tear into the container. We had to pick the garbage up almost daily. There was one cracked salad bowl for mixing. The alarm beeped for 2 days. We filed 3 complaints with Eden Crest (1 email and 2 telephone calls). Even the alarm company called the cabin and Eden Crest, but it was only answered when apparently the alarm company contacted the owner and the owner called Eden Crest. I would say that the staff and management at Eden Crest have no idea what is going on. (The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.) This was our third trip to Pigeon Forge during the Christmas Holidays and it will not be our last. We will not stay in another Eden Crest property. The property was clean, but not well maintained. Eden Crest did not provide good customer service even before we arrived. I would not recommend Eden Crest to anyone. The cabins we stayed in before were nicer and cost less. I am a management consultant, realtor, and manage rental property. This was not a good experience.
