Spruce Ledge was fantastic for our family, including Mom and Dad, two married kids with spouses and one baby grandson. We were awed by the amazing views of the slopes. The home looked just like the photos with beautiful finishes. I am extremely picky on cleanliness, and this home passed my high expectations. Our favorite activity was walking to the gondola, about a block away, and taking it into town every morning to try a different coffee shop. What a fun and quick way to travel!

Thanksgiving Week 2023 was our second stay at Spruce Ledge, and we would love to return again. However, there was one very disappointing aspect of our stay that should never happen. Check-in time was 4:00 at which time, it was fair to assume the property would be ready to accomodate us. Unfortunately, the temperature in the home was in the 50's when we arrived. When we communicated with the management company about it, we were told that because the home is radiant floor heat, it takes a long time to heat up. That makes sense, but does not at all explain why the house was not up to room temperature by 4:00. Why didn't they turn up the heat in time to make it comfortable by the time we arrived? -truly poor management in our opinion. After around 5 hours and several texts and calls, they brought a bunch of space heaters, but the warm up was uncomfortably slow. In fact, it was not up to 70 degrees in the home until 2am that night! We discovered the thermostat in the master bedroom had dead batteries, so we made a trip to the store the next morning to buy new and replace. -again, poor management.

This property was perfect. Short walk to halfway Gondola stop. We were 4 adult couples and every couple had their own full bath. The kitchen is well stocked and appliances are top notch! Property management replied very quickly to our requests. The views from the living area are just incredible. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay during winter break with our family of 4 kids. Really enjoyed staying in this house. The convenience of the location next to Breck Connect gondola made our stay perfect during our ski vacation.
