Very good

It was really good value for money. I was looking for a cheap place and this fit the bill. The staff were easy to deal with, and the room was fine (basic but ok).

Overall disappointed. I gave a try but I’m very unlikely to stay here again in the future

Good location with a choice of shops, bars and restaurants nearby

Poor lighting on stairs. Expected at the very least a washbasin in the room.

Very good

The door to the bathroom banged loudly, because there was no spring on it, every time someone used it. This was most irritating (obviously) when it was most used between 9pm & 11pm when I was trying to get to sleep.

Overall I enjoyed staying there. The stall was communicative, however it is very basic hotel

cheap and clean

long stay residents very poorly with pneumonia and snorting all day and night, spoke to reception and they refunded the remainder of my stay ! I was on 3rd floor room 53 !

Location and the price

Very basic old furniture,scraped bed sheets, very noisy during the night, impossible to sleep without ear plugs. Shared bathrooms not so clean, no privacy at all.

Easy choice for a first time solo traveller to maspalomas

Room was decent for the price, daily change of towels, location was great - short walk to yumbo and to playa ingles.

- no visitors allowed -main entrance is locked after 10pm. So, sometimes need to wait for someone to open the door even when you are back late night (and probably drunk) haha

It was really clean, value of the money.

They could have put the wifi in rooms, a small mirror in the room would an option as the bathrooms are shared and hangers in the shower is necessary.

Nothing.I liked nothing about it. I stayed in cheaper places that offered internet in all rooms and a place to hang your towel when you shower. A shame no one cares about.

No internet at the rooms.with a room rate as high as they have the owner could spend a bit more as all he does is suck the money from people and does no repairs. and you don't even have a hanger to hang your towel in the bathroom.

Good price and location

The location is quite good: very close to bus stops and restaurants. You can easly walk from there do Playa de Ingles. The staff was also very kind with me. Also, it is the cheapest place in the area which is invaluable if you're travelling on a budget.

The bed was really unconfortable and hard.

Good for money

Good location - you can easily access both beach and dunes as well as take your way out of the town to the mountains - I walked from accomodation to Barranco de Vicentillos. I literally booked one day before I arrived so I was surprised with the price. On top of that beds are very comfy, I usually don't sleep well on single beds but this one was quite broad. The staff is friendly too!

The noise from the street and surrounding restaurants and the smell in the toilet 😂 The good option is taking earplugs. There is also lot of noise inside the building and when someone closes the door on your floor you can almost feel it. Also internet is available only on the ground floor and not in the rooms upstairs, a bit strange in 21st century :)
