לדעתי לא מתאים לשהיות ארוכות כי החדר קטן מאוד.
המיקום דורש הליכה ארוכה ממרכז העניינים ובכלל מחוף הים.
In my opinion, it is not suitable for long stays because the room is very small.
The location requires a long walk from the center of things and especially from the beach.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Das Fenstee des Zimmers geht auf ein Treppenhaus, also nicht so komfortabel. Mit dem Frühstück haben sie sich große Mühe gegeben.
