Staff needs improvement.

The normal things, beds, shower, place to cook, big refrigerator.

The staff and the manager. I spent alot of money and I don't feel like I was treated like a customer. Staff kept knocking on the door. One housekeeper knocked and entered while I was nude unfortunately.

the day of my stay I was notified I wouldn’t have my kind size room that I booked in advance also there was so many ants in the bathroom … all over the sink … no lightening in the room

my stay was pretty decent overall. The location was convenient and easily obtainable. I did not like the miscommunicatio

The rooms were OK. Hotel was dirty stuff was not gorgeous or helpful.

The staff was very rude and unprofessional, not helpful, and the Corredor‘s were filthy, dirty

The human interaction, the receptionist and housekeeping are very unhelpful

The hotel is very clean and smells great. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Nice customer service! Will visit again.

Nice location and staff, but wouldn’t stay there again.

The location and the SleepInn side.

The smoking, the Mainstay Suites side, and the location of the room. we were looking right across at another room. We were moved to the SleepInn side due to all the weed smoking going on, and I am so glad we were.

dirty and loud. would not stay here again

good location

check in process took 45 minutes and the staff did not seem to know what they were doing. at one point a guest checking in went behind the counter and checked herself in because she worked at another hotel and was familiar with their system. room was not very clean and walls are VERY thin. also fyi signage out front is for “sleep inn” not mainstay suites so I wasn’t even sure I was at the right place before getting to the desk and being told I had to wait in the OTHER line right next to him because that’s the Main Stay side.

Close to plenty of restaurants, entertainment and stores

The stay overall was nice, comfortable, and relaxing. The breakfast was fresh and free of charge. The parking was free

The property was clean. The staff was very flexible and helpful. The parking was free, free breakfast, and a kitchen inside the room. It was also affordable and reasonable pricing.

The only thing I didn't like was extra charges taken off my card without prior notification.

staff really tried to accommodate for guest

the pool was closed !it there but had no water it smelled mildew the wall were stuffed the shower had brown spots at the top and the room could of been more cleaned and smell better with a pool with water in it that was weird

The bed was very comfortable

Location was good. Close to shopping and restaurants.

The quality of the room was poor. Whoever did the remodeling did a poor job. Apparently no one inspected the work or just didn't care.
