The house is cool no A/C needed
It's very close to stores and shopping centers. One can hear the waves at night.
The outside is not kept well. The garden lacks maintenance. The plants need to be watered. It needs lots of attention. I would like to go back and have an outside dinner with friends.

It was 15 mins from papa and beer
The owner was super amazing so nice and loving
The bunny 🐰 was so cute
it was big
the pool table was great to keep us entertained.
The showers had hot water ☺️ close to other stores and food vendors walking distance
It was dusty
Owner provided only two fans but where really dusty
No ace unit
Separate room fan had a lot of dusk
It was very very hot durning the day and felt very humid

Le falta limpieza profunda y la cama del cuarto principal ya tiene bloques por la parte de abajo para soporte, ya no sirve
Encontre un par de calcetines sucios en un cajon me imagino de los inquilinos anteriores.
El refrigerador estaba sucio tambien con un Plato de sobras de comida
El baño de afuera muy sucio
En general la casa tiene mucho potencial pero solo por el tema de la limpieza no regreso
