The apartment is beautiful, nice beds, blankets, and everything seems to be pretty new. Big bathrooms, spacious kitchen, nice rooms and well organized. I loved the board games in the living room to encourage family time. The roof is amazing, the view to the beach is spectacular.
The elevators were fast, nice parking garage. The soap dispenser in the showers was awesome.
This place is very far from the main attractions, if you want to get away from everything this is the place but if you want to go out at night this is not a good location.
No screens on the windows, we were not able to sleep with the windows open because there are no screens and there were plenty of flies and mosquitoes at night. The place is really next to a sewage and a dump. Not a nice view. The parking is private but small. I was told that check in was at 3pm and if I got there before they charge for the hour. Not a nice welcome.
There are no tvs on the other rooms only in the living room. It could be a good or a bad thing.
They only give you one key so it's kind of inconvenient. Also they should invest in putting dead volt to make guess feel more secure at night. They need to add a coffee maker.

i can't stop talking about it. by far the most beautiful, clean place i ever stayed in. the staff was super helpful and friendly. this is a hidden gem..

This looks like a brand new built place inside of the city where regular citizens live, but after confirming, it's been up for over 4 years. This is to show that every bit of the place is kept up really clean and has everything you need to make it a comfortable stay. Security is in place to make it a bit more comfortable. Secured building. Inside parking for security. Everything worked perfectly in the bathroom, and it seemed like unlimited hot water for the shower. Pots, pans, and utensils for the kitchen. Not to forget a stove, microwave, and a full-size refrigerator/freezer. The television is brand new as well, with all the channels needed. English and Spanish. There is a big shopping plaza 2 minutes away driving that has a Walmart and Home Depot to let you know how upgraded the area is. A food court gives you a secure, safe felel at the plaza or surrounding areas to give you that authentic Mexican food. A Spanish Cenepolis theater at the plaza and a small entertainment area across from the plaza that gas go carts. The ocean is a minute away and there is a small Military building off to the side, giving a safety feeling knowing there's not going to be any danger. A very safe area!
The surrounding area looks really old, but seeing this building shows it's a growing city toward tourism and upgrading the community.
