This apartment is in the centre of Denia allowing walking access to everywhere you might want to visit.It looks over a lovely small square , with some nice restaurants. it’s a large spacious apartment equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The bedrooms are spacious, and bed’s comfy.
A very small light throw on the beds was the only cover with the sheet , didn’t work for 2 people as we stayed in early April when the nights were still cold.

The apartment looked nice at first glance and had good potential, but unfortunately there were a number of issues that made our stay quite disappointing.
The biggest problem was that there was no hot water, which was a major inconvenience during our stay. The oven was also not working properly, and there was a noticeable lack of basic toilet and kitchen essentials that we would reasonably expect to be provided.
The beds were uncomfortable, and the fan in one of the rooms was not working properly, making the room difficult to sleep in.
We were also disappointed by the difference between the property advertised and what we actually experienced. The balconies were much smaller than expected and looked quite different from the photos, and the building itself also appeared different from the building shown in the listing pictures. This gave us the impression that the property was not accurately represented in the listing.
Overall, while the apartment itself was nice-looking, the number of practical issues and the discrepancies between the advertisement and the actual property significantly affected our stay. We expected a much better standard based on the Booking.com listing.
