The pictures need to be re-taken, they do not provide enough justice to an absolutely fantastic property. We would without doubt re-visit again or recommend to friends and family. The plot is really big and very secluded, the pool size is fantastic and very well finished. The facilities within the property, including the fridge, freezer, cooker and bbq were brilliant and immaculately kept. The pool was maintained multiple times during our stay along with a gardener. The location of the villa was excellent, there is an un-made road leading to the villa which led to the charm, but most evenings we walked to the promenade and had dinner within 30mins, taxi's back to villa late at night were very easy to get using the Javea Taxi rank. The management company were very supportive and the check in and checknout process was very easy.
Whenever travelling to Europe during the peak of summer it is going to consistently hot, the villa has fantastic air conditioning in both bedrooms, but one improvement for us as a family would be to have air con also in the living room, so that you could watch TV or Dvd in comfort. It wasn't a deal breaker for us, and the benefits this villa provides far outweighs any issue with Aircon.
