The location was good, but a car is recommended for access to the beach, as the return path is very steep and carrying any belongings can be very tiring. The apartment had everything you needed, with a lovely little garden and an outdoor pool. The apartment was equipped with air conditioning, so it was easy to cool off on hot days and nights. We were a family of five, and there was plenty of space inside. A local bakery serving delicious coffee is just a few steps away, and next door is a Chinese ice cream shop that serves everything you need, and very cheaply! Several shops, including a Lidl, are a 5-minute drive away, and Alicante is about 20 minutes away. Contact with the host was very easy, and they were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
Regarding where to collect your keys, I recommend reading all instructions in advance. After arriving at the address around 1:30 a.m., it took us a moment to realize the keys were in a locker in front of the post office, about a five-minute walk from the gate. There was a minor issue with the air conditioning, but it was quickly resolved and fixed, allowing us to cool the apartment without any problems. The only thing I can point out is the old and noisy bunk bed in the second bedroom, as it's not very sturdy. I recommend the owner upgrade it.

Mali sme z ubytovania veľmi príjemný pocit. Apartmán bol pekný, čistý a nachádza sa v skvelej lokalite, čo nám výrazne spríjemnilo pobyt. Veľmi oceňujeme aj komunikáciu s prenajímateľom – bol ústretový, ochotný a vždy reagoval rýchlo a profesionálne.
Pobyt sme si naozaj užili, no pár drobností by sa dalo ešte doladiť, aby bol zážitok úplne perfektný. Privítali by sme lepšie vybavenie kuchyne (viac kuchynských potrieb), tichšiu klimatizáciu a kvalitnejšie posteľné obliečky – momentálne sú riešené len ako dve plachty spojené spolu, čo je trochu nepraktické. Vankúše by mohli byť pohodlnejšie. Podlaha je pri chladnejšom počasí dosť studená, ak sa nekúri, a pre štyri osoby na päť dní boli tri kotúče toaletného papiera trochu málo.
Inak ale hodnotíme pobyt veľmi pozitívne a radi by sme sa sem vrátili. 😊

Lokalizacja. Mieszkanie znajduje się na zamkniętym osiedlu, widok z okna na park. Dalej widać morze. W apartamencie przebywałem w lutym, może dlatego było tak cicho. Na zamkniętym osiedlu jest basen ale nie korzystałem. Mieszkanie nie ma miejsca dedykowanego miejsca postojowego, ale przed osiedlem w lutym było bardzo dużo miejsc postojowych ogólnie dostępnych.
1. Drzwi balkonowe, które są również drzwiami wejściowym. Podczas pobytu konieczna była wizyta ślusarza. Naprawa była tymczasowa, zamek/klamka powinny zostać kompleksowo naprawione.
2. Zmywarka - nie wyczyszczony filtr. Po otwarciu śmierdziało z zmywarki, dlatego samodzielnie wyczyściłem filtr.
3. Stół powinien być solidnie skręcony , kilka śrub jest bardzo luznych.
4. Brudna jednostka klimatyzacyjna , która jest także jednostką grzewczą. Wnętrze klimatyzatora jest bardzo brudne/ w załączniku zdjęcie. Klimatyzator powinien zostać w trybie pilnym kompleksowo wyczyszczony.
5. Szafki w kuchni ( m.in przy zmywarce ,nad pralką) powinny być wyregulowane aby uniknąć zniszczeń i polepszyć komfort wypoczynku.
6. Sugeruje zakup taniego odkurzacza , ponieważ szczotka która znajduje się na wyposażeniu nie spełnia zadania.
7. W mieszkaniu jest tylko jedna jednostka klimatyzacyjna. W sypialniach znajdują się wentylatory. W miesiącach letnich może być bardzo ciepło w mieszkaniu.
8. Mrówki w łazience/ w załączniku zdjęcie.
9. Taras - drewniane krzesła należy wymienić / jedno z krzeseł ma pękniete siedzisko.
