I would rate this place a 10/10 just for the wonderful host Francesco!! He is extremely kind and helpful and will recommend fantastic places to see and eat that are off the beaten path. The room itself is beautiful - you can tell that they put thought into how it looks and feels. A very comfortable and clean place and extremely well located, the via Chiaia area is less than 100meters away. You can pretty much walk everywhere, we walked to the docks to take a boat to Capri and it was less than 15mins. Oh! The place smells heavenly, I had to ask what the scent was and purchase it. I would stay here again
Stayed 3 nights with no cleaning, that’s the only thing I would change.

Owner Francesco was extremely helpful, he have met me near at taxi station and helped with staircases and luggage.
I hade problems with wifi inside the apartment and he helped to solve it during the day.
I want to inform future tourist, that from the Plaza Carolina where taxi drivers stop to Blu Plebiscito apartments there are 34 stairs. It could be difficult for people with mobility problems. Francesco met me down the stairs and helped me with suitcase to climb up.
