Owner Francesco was extremely helpful, he have met me near at taxi station and helped with staircases and luggage.
I hade problems with wifi inside the apartment and he helped to solve it during the day.
I want to inform future tourist, that from the Plaza Carolina where taxi drivers stop to Blu Plebiscito apartments there are 34 stairs. It could be difficult for people with mobility problems. Francesco met me down the stairs and helped me with suitcase to climb up.
