It was comfortable and had easy access to nearby stores and restaurants.

Booking overpricing issues

A place to stay.

Trying to pay for extra days. Then being charged way too much on credit card. Plus, website hard to manage. As well as, no booking at hotel. It is all done on website that does not work. Talked to booking on phone with no problem solving. They just took more money out way over cost of room. Disappointing to the max. Be careful with this place.

Horribly dirty

The ONLY thing I liked about the property was that it came with a little kitchen, but we didn’t even get to use it and the first room the put us in had a dirty kitchen with dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

Literally everything. It’s in a weird, dark location in town. The parking lot was uncomfortable and not welcoming. All 4 rooms they tried to put us in were FILTHY with dog hair, crusty sheets that still had body hair and stains all over them, the bedding for the pill put couch on one of the rooms was balled up and still dirty with dog hair and smelled very nasty. The TV didn’t work in another room. The air conditioner only serviced the front room, so the bedroom and bathroom were HOT and had zero air flow. Plus, the rooms weren’t set up very well. We had to rearrange furniture to be able to even fold out the sofa bed all the way.

I would stay there again.

The room and the grounds were clean. Location was great. Access was easy.

Elevator was broken. The bed was a full not a queen. Public gathering spot was below the window and people were out there at 7am talking loudly.

Good

It was easy to get into room and there was plenty of parking

The TV in the living room didn't work at all and the fan in the bedroom didn't work at all and it got pretty hot.

Very good

I paid for. 1 bedroom room 109 and had to text and call for code. I used the code and opened the door to a room that had trash on the floor and bed un changed and unmade. The representatives did not help and never called back and I finally spoke to site manager who said the back end never called. I was given a different room that was a studio which was comfortable but less than I paid for. I was never called back at all.

everything was great. the staff could have been better but overall it wasn’t horrible

it was very nice and comfortable with all the amenities needed

the lady at the desk wasn’t very helpful and right after she told us to call to check in early when she knew we had to go to a funeral she left leaving us there to wait for over an hour and half

DO NOT BOOK AT ALL, AND ESPECIALLY THROUGH BOOKING.COM!!!!

I liked absolutely NOTHING about this property. There are NO pleasantries to explain.

EVERYTHING was WRONG! Starting with the fact that we left our dogs at home because the booking says ABSOLUTELY NO PETS. Then when I got my confirmation I was NOT given an access code. I had to call twice to get it taken care of. The answering service has HORRIBLE customer service. We then were provided with the WRONG Wi-Fi connection information so we had to call AGAIN to get the correct information. We were also given a SINGLE bed when we booked a QUEEN bed. When we talked to the answering service, they told us that there were NO OTHER OPTIONS and could not fix our issue. My husband ended up sleeping on the "pull-out couch" That was IN FACT plywood wrapped in fancy vinyl. It was hard as a rock and only large enough for a child to sleep on. After calling 30+ times we finally got in contact with the property manager who issued a refund, but that refund went to BOOKING.COM. AND NOW WE ARE TRYING TO GET BACK IN CONTACT WITH HER BECAUSE BOOKING.COM IS IN NEED OF A WRITTEN LETTER FROM HER IN ORDER TO GIVE US A REFUND... I DONT RECCOMMEND THE VISTAS OR BOOKING FOR THAT MATTER. THIS HAS BEEN A HEADACHE FROM HELL AND IM FED UP!!

Not a bad choice, but choices in Sierra Vista are limited. but could be better

Great location. Great staff and maintenance. No noise disturbances. Adequate furnishing. Nice size bedroom and bathroom. Appliances worked well.

The pull out couch did not have a mattress, so it was unusable. I was informed the television would be equipped with Netflix. It was not. The bedroom television would not turn off, with/without the remote. This is after it was fix by maintenance. I just unplugged it for the duration of my stay. Not a bad option. As a traveler I expect better accommodations for what I paid. Communication with host feels automated. No follow up was done.
