L'appartamento è comodo e spazioso. Si trova fuori dalle zone super turistiche, ma ben servito dai mezzi.
La cucina ha solo l'indispensabile, è stato più che sufficiente per le nostre esigenze, ma piatti e posate sono contati.

The apartment is spacious and clean, and quiet, exactly as shown in the pictures. It is located in a frequented area with good transport connections and next to a mall.
There were not enough knives and spoons for 4 people. No coffee cups at all. One of the four chairs was broken. The living room of the apartment overlooks a bicycle shed in the inner courtyard (ground floor). The bedroom overlooks a dirty little inner courtyard.

Location, close proximity to Danube and public transport, a lot of supermarkets around, rooms are spacious and quite neighbourhood
I don’t recommend this apartment for long stays.
From the start I want to say that we wanted an apartment in Vienna to live, work and enjoy the city. We stayed for a month and we payed approx 1200€.
First: there are a LOT of broken furniture and signs that they don’t care: 3 missing door handles (my fiancée fixed them), broken wardrobe, broken coffee table, broken hanger, dirty walls, dirty oven etc.
We asked about the internet speed as we will work from home, they said that they don’t know, but they will check and tell us later - they didn’t came back with an answer.
We asked for a cloth dryer and they just ignored our message.
We asked for an electric heater because it was cold in the living room and bedroom- they said that they don’t have and just to set the temperature higher on the thermostat (of course we did that before asking them to give us a heater! The rooms are big, the ceilings are high and the heated floor isn’t enough and you can feel the cold coming from the windows).
During the day, in the living room is dark and you need to always stay with the lights on, but when you’ll want to sleep during the night you’ll not have a problem with the lights because you’ll have light coming from the neighbors windows as there are no blinds and the windows are facing theirs (or in the morning when sun rises)!
In the apartment you’ll find an iron, but not an iron board and a washing machine, but not a cloth dryer.
In the bathroom you don’t have a lot of accessories: toilet paper hanger, towels hanger, bath math. In the shower you’ll put your stuff on the floor because there is no shelf/hanger.
I don’t think it’s a money problem as this stuff doesn’t cost a fortune, but just a lack of interest and a mentality that if the money still comes from the guests why change anything?
And yes, after the first night they’ve asked us how was our first night here and if we need something, but then they did nothing about the things we said.
