Beautiful place very roomy.

Our family stayed in the apartment for a week - the place was calm and silent, you couldn't hear any neighbors or disturbance from the outside. The terrace was very spacious, we enjoyed it a lot.
The host was very friendly and extremely fast responding - helped us fast to get around when we had questions. It made us feel safe and welcome.
The apartment is very simple - although it has everything one might need, but some extra touch and details would be nice to add. The apartment doesn't have a washing machine, but there is one in the basement which is rather inconvenient if you stay for longer time. Plus, a clothe rack for drying could be organized for apartment as well. The bathtube needs some extra coverage/curtain for water not to splash everywhere.
The AC didn't work well, needs maintenance since it can get too hot in the peak summer months.

In general the apartment would be ok. If it would be cleaner and less smelly.
Easy Check in
Toilet / bathroom were very smelly, ventilation did not work and needs to be repaired.
Beneath the couch it seems that it was not cleaned for a year or more. Tiles were dirty, on the toilet brush was still old toilet paper. In front of the Entrance to the house was pee every evening
