Quick reponse from the staff. Directions were clear. All the mentioned facilities were available.
Utensils weren't clean. We had to clean them before using. There are no outlets in bathroom and washroom because of which there was a distinct smell.

Estaba muy limpio. Por el precio que pagamos, está muy bien.
Sólo había 2 rollos de papel de váter para 4 personas, nos vino muy justo. No tiene persianas y las cortinas no tapaban bien la luz del sol.

Appartements récents et spacieux, localisation pratique et proche des transports, rapport qualité prix excellent. Quartier calme et agréable.
Equipements parfois un peu défectueux (poignées de portes, porte de placards cassées). Quelques minimes réparations seraient souhaitables. Absence de télévision.

Apartment is clean and location is fine too. Also it has an elevator which adds value.
There is almost no kitchen, no TV or any amusement supplies. The worst thing, there is no at least a normal soap in the bath. To the request is they can provide, the tenant refused it explaining it is not on there rules. No salt, species to prepare food. Everything you have to buy, which is not convenient at all. Maybe it is good to come and just sleep, but not for family stay.
