La struttura è pulita, l'host attento e reattivo tramite la messaggistica booking, la struttura si raggiunge facilmente con la linea tram 2, ma non è vicinissima al centro, ci vogliono almeno 20/25 minuti.
Andrebbe aggiunta una lampada per la lettura nella stanza piccola.

The host provided absolutely precise instructions on how to enter the building and get the keys. Throughout our stay, he also kept us updated with useful information and reccomandations.
The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the photos. Nothing disappointed us, and we had absolutely everything we needed during our two-night stay.
The apartment consists of two separate bedrooms, a small hallway with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a toilet.
The kitchenette is more suitable for preparing simple meals or a hot breakfast rather than extensive cooking. It is well equipped with plenty of dishes (including wine glasses). I particularly appreciated the coffee machine with a generous supply of capsules, as well as the tea, sugar, and salt provided.
The main bedroom is truly spacious and beautiful. It has one double bed and one pull-out bed (not a sofa bed). When fully extended, the pull-out bed provides two proper, comfortable sleeping spaces. The second, smaller bedroom has a similar pull-out bed, meaning that the apartment offers a total of six proper, comfortable sleeping spaces. Our two teenagers stayed in the smaller bedroom and were perfectly happy and comfortable.
I also appreciated the hotel-quality bed linen and mattresses with just the right level of firmness.
The apartment was pleasantly warm, there was plenty of hot water, and both the apartment and the entire building were quiet, with absolutely no street noise.
Another great advantage was the possibility of parking directly in front of the building for €9 per day. Parking days are not calculated as 24-hour periods. Instead, each new parking day starts at 9:00 a.m. This means that if you leave before 9:00 a.m. on your departure day, you do not have to pay for that day.
The tram connection to the city centre was also excellent, no traffic jam.
Considering the price we paid, the apartment offered truly fantastic value for money!

Jó közlekedés, praktikus kulcsos-kódos bejutás, lift, modern bútorok, csendes környék.
A kisszobában mesze volt a konnektor az ágytól, nem volt plusz pokróc, de ezt leszámítva szuper szállás, visszatérünk ide!

Prima lokatie, ov in de buurt.
Zit op een hoek, veel licht, hoge ramen, hoge plafonds.
Fijne bedden. Badkamer ook comfortabel.
Keuken wat minimaal.
Ik miste een woonkamer of een zithoek met een luie stoel of een bank.
