The kitchen was very well-equiped, plenty of cooking appliances and dishes. The kitchen is moderately big. The apartments are in an old building, but it is apparent that the apartments were recently renovated. The apartment is well-funished and clean. The shower is new and really clean, no signs of mold anywhere. It is possible to use the washing machine that is located outside the apartment. The city center is reachable by tram 46 in 15 minutes. Many grocery stores within walking distance. The internet connection was great. Two fans, a hair dryer, a small drying rack and an iron are provided in the apartment. The owners provided an additional set of bed linen for the couch upon request. The flat has a separate living room and a bedroom. The owners were responsive and answered questions regarding the apartment with a reasonable delay.
The water heater behaved a little inconsistently when slightly turning the tap or changing the flow of the water. The toilet is missing a vent, but the bathroom has a vent, an air freshner is, however, provided. Minor issues: the provided pan was missing a properly-sized lid, a rag to wipe down the floor in the ktichen would have been nice.

Άνετο σε χώρους, διαμπερές το διαμέρισμα 9 στον 2ο όροφο, ειδικά τα στρώματα κρεβατιού και καναπέ πολύ άνετα, όλες οι απαραίτητες παροχές, πολλή ησυχία στη γειτονιά και στο συγκρότημα, δίπλα στη στάση τραμ νούμερο 46 και σε σουπερμάρκετ. Ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες το διαμέρισμα, δεν μας κούρασε η έλλειψη ανσασερ.
Τα μαξιλάρια ύπνου ήταν τεράστια και πολύ λεπτά, κάτι πολύ ασύνηθες τουλάχιστον για έλληνες επισκέπτες, ζητήσαμε αλλαγή αλλά δεν έγινε. Ωστόσο λάβαμε απάντηση και συγγνώμη εκ των υστέρων.

We booked two apartments with Habicher and we absolutely loved both of them! Both apartments were very clean, new and modern. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. Both apartments are very well equipped, with both cooking utensils, a coffee machine and a microwave, in addition to a stove and an oven. The location is also great, about 15-20 mins away from the city center by public transportation.
As we were staying in mid-June, it did get a bit hot in the rooms. There is a cooling fan provided, but it doesn't seem to be enough. I brought this up with the owners, who said they would look into it.

Es hat ansich alles geklappt, die Unterkunft ist sauber und nett eingerichtet, wenn auch natürlich eher billig, parken vor dem Haus war kein Problem
Der unerträgliche Lärm, der irgendwo aus dem Haus kam (kaputte Therme, was auch immer) in beiden Nächten über Stunden bis zum Morgen, der uns nicht schlafen ließ! Wir mussten auf die Ausziehcouch ausweichen, die natürlich nicht besonders bequem war, da der Lärm vor allem im Schlafzimmer direkt durch die Wand kam. Außerdem erwarte ich mir von einem Appartement mit Küche, dass der Herd funktioniert (es ging gerade einmal eine Kochplatte und die eher lau), die Töpfe und Pfannen waren so minderwertig, dass sie kaum zu gebrauchen waren (und ja, ich kann kochen). Als wir ankamen, war es eiskalt in der Wohnung. Es fehlte auch eine Beschreibung für die Temperaturregelung. Das haben wir dann selbst herausgefunden und es wurde dann mit der Zeit wärmer. Da ich genau angegeben habe, wann wir ankommen, erwarte ich mir, dass die Wohnung halbwegs temperiert ist. Im Badezimmer gibt es keinerlei Möglichkeit, irgendetwas abzulegen. Auf meinen Hinweis an die Vermieterin über den unerträglichen Lärm und dass ich mir eine Entschädigung erwarte, wurde ich höflich aber bestimmt darauf hingewiesen, dass man dafür nichts könne. Na vielen Dank auch! Ich komme sicher nicht mehr.
