Great location. The Rodalies train station is only 5 mins walk, about 15 mins to the big shopping center and to the supermarkets like Carrefour, Lidl and Mercadona in one area, about 25-30 mins to the beach. The apartments building has nice rooftop terrace with pool and some Mountain views. It was very quiet and we had good sleep. Very comfortable bed, enough of storage places and it was very clean and smelled good when we arrive. Apartment is very warm so we didn’t even need any AC when it was about 14 C° outside. Washing machine and dryer are on the roof for extra payment, which I found ok. We even used it once to wash some clothes. It cost about 6,5€ for both washer and dryer. There is a small lobby and if you arrive earlier you can sit there and wait. The apt has electronic locks everywhere so no need to use any cards - just your phone and the app. Great staff! All girls was very helpful and tried to do their best to make our stay comfortable. There is a small set of dishwashing supplies and kitchen towels which I find very useful.
Those are some minor issues, but I’m sure it’s something what will make your guests stay more comfortable!
Kitchen is not really for any cooking. Frying pans are small, very old and totally scratched. No lid for the pans only for pots. We were missing vegetable peeler and normal cooking knife as those ones in the apt were not able to cut anything. I had to use my own home knife sharpener to make knife normal! And the soap dispensers in the bathroom are terrible! One near the sink was not working properly: 20 pushes and one small drop of soap, and those in the shower were leaking and with no sign of what is inside. And no shelves in the shower itself. I have some stuff I use in the shower and only place I can put them is on the floor. Also no info that the apartment water is heating by some kind of boiler. I was bathing with my kid and suddenly we got water getting colder and colder. I had to wash my hair at the end with almost freezing water while tap was on hot water only. No clothes hanger at the entrance. So either you put it on chairs, either…where? You don’t usually hang outerwear and bags with other clean clothes in the bedroom.

We chose this property for its location to our family living in Castelldefels. Previously we had stayed in other nearby locations, but felt the self-catering and washing machine facilities available at the Art studios, would make it a good choice.
Access to the property - All information is accessible only once an App has been downloaded. In our case, the internet connection failed. Consequently, it took nearly two hours before we were able to gain access. This resulted in us missing valuable meal time with our family.
We were given support via the phone. However, having driven for over 7 hours, being unable to park our car less than a 20 minute walk to the property, and endure stressful phone conversations - we were at our wits end.
Remote access only access is not acceptable.
Parking - be aware, it is not possible to park near to the property. We were spending a week at the Art studios, so had heavy bags to carry. which was another issue. Most folk of our age could not have managed.
Equipment:
Kitchen- although the property has saucepans and utensils, it was not possible to cook a meal as there was insufficient bowls for storing/serving food.
Washing - to charge to use the machine and not provide soap powder/liquid, is not an acceptable.
The clothes airer was useless for a machine full of washing.
Consequently we used our families facilities instead.
Bedroom - insufficient hangers, no mirror. Window could not be locked.
Swimming pool - this is restricted to six people at a time. Two people was adequated. It is VERY small.
Sofa cushions remained in the stairwell, all week.
Finally, why call them Art apartments? There is no art of any kind,
