It was close to Perugia train station and the metro

If the minimetro and train station were not in maintenance stage, this would be an excellent location to stay in Perugia. It's located behind the train station and minimetro; two great transportation options to get in/around the area. Unfortunately, they were both not functioning when I was there (mid-August 2026).
As for the room, it was clean and well maintained; everything worked as expected. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet. I really enjoyed the balcony! Great breeze from 6th floor, especially at night. Bathroom (my room had separate WC across the hallway) was spacious and clean with nice shower. There is a minimart in another building next to this one, so a good thing. The owner Silvia is very good at communicating with guests. Overall, a very good room, one I would return to if I go back to Perugia.
Besides nonfunctioning transportation (busses still run) outside of building, there are very limited options for eating. Neither is the owner's fault but keep that in mind.

専用バスルームが部屋の外で、他に滞在者がいなかったことも加えて、まるで自分の家にいるようで快適でした。部屋の広さ、エアコン、水圧やお湯、ドライヤー、アメニティ、ゴミ箱の設置などとても管理がいきとどいています。
スタッフとはWhatsAppでのやりとりです。周辺の工事状況、アパートへの入り方など、きめ細かく、タイミングよく連絡をくれました。すばらしかったです。
ミニメトロにもバスターミナルにも近いので、旧市街までいくのも簡単です。大きな荷物を持って丘の上まで移動するよりも私にとっては便利でした。
お湯を沸かすポットがあるとよかったけど、なくても問題ありませんでした。駅の工事が終わったら、行き来しやすくなるのかと思います。
