Pozitia excelenta, la cativa pasi de Pincetto care ofera acces direct, rapid si facil in centrul orasului si la gara sau la terminalul bus-urilor.Are parcare in apropiere, astfel incat poti inchiria masina.Camera in care am stat are iesire directa in gradina si te poti relaxa dupa o zi in care ai vizitat Umbria.Chicineta este un plus.

Buena ubicación.
Hay lavadora aunque la dueña no dejó que la pusiera yo, se encargó ella.
El baño y el suelo del pasillo no estaban especialmente limpios. Es una vivienda antigua que necesita rehabilitación.
La dueña vive en el apartamento de al lado y entró en el que habiamos alquilado cuando no estabámos, quitó el aire acondicionado ( que es tipo Pingüino) y lo dejó en modo ventilador, estábamos en ola de calor y al regresar por la noche hacía mucho calor en la habitación.
