The location is perfect, beautiful views and very short trip to Perugia. The staff are also very helpful and super nice, they gave us lots of suggestions for Perugia.
The room was super small but with a beautiful view. The beds were very uncomfortable, room was not clean (windowsill dusty, bathroom dusty, hair in the shower), breakfast (savoury options) were not very good and not available. We went to breakfast at 8 am and there were no eggs and most of the bread had finished and they only brought out scrambled eggs and hams at 8:30 when we were leaving. They use plastic cups for breakfast, not environmentally friendly at all. They also refill water bottles from other tables without cleaning or emptying out the remaining water drank by other guests.
It's a shame because with a little care, this could be a very good hotel.
